Questo manoscritto di Abel Carlevaro è stato realizzato sopra un altro, scritto a matita nel 1936, che recitava: "Scritto da Rogelio Escobar attraverso la versione di don Martín Borda P."

Ha suonato quest'opera in concerti pubblici, come scritto in questo documento, in circa cinquanta occasioni tra il 7 marzo 1938 e il 7 novembre 1998.
L'ha registrato nel 1958 a Montevideo ed è stato incluso nel suo LP "2º Recital de guitarra", per l'etichetta Antar.
